Camshaft Bearing/Cap Torque Specs

I looked in the tech section and was confused on the torque specs for the camshafts. Can somone help me out with the torque specs of the main caps for the camshafts?

8 ft lbs for the smaller caps in order from inside to outside

22 ft lbs for the larger caps closest to the cam gears

Hey trd is the timing chain guide next to the oil pump chain tensioner a necessary part.
