Default Car stumbles with Codes P0136, P0172, P0341, P2196..

OK, so I have a few questions about codes and any tips on how to get rid of the codes. im having driving problems with my car. any help is appreciated. Thanks I'm throwing codes:

P0341- Camshaft Position Sensor a Bank 1 Ckt range
P0136- O2 sensor 2 malfunction
P2196- O2 sensor 1 stuck rich
P0172- System too rich

OK well first off I'm in the process of breaking in a Stage 3 clutch so I haven't floored it or been driving my car hard at all. and also the secondary O2 isn't in the S-pipe because it was rubbing on the sub frame. But from my understanding is all it does is monitor if the car is running rich or not. And I'm guessing that's where I'm getting the P0136, because the sensor is reading lean.

Well here's the start of the problems and when the codes were read well i was driving the other day when my car started sputtering and i heard an exhaust leak. well a bolt off of the wastegate fell off, so i got another. well there was a huge storm that just passed through so when i did go to drive my car it was wet out and the car would sputter real bad and stall at idle. it would also stumble real bad when shifting to 2nd and then to 3rd. well i then went to read my codes to troubleshoot and I've been boosted for a total of 1 year between 2 times and this is the first time I've gotten these codes. also i was idling on my way back from the getting the codes, my car was idling very lean. My Wideband wasn't even reading. it would jump to around 17.2 at the richest for the idling.

Well for the P0341 I've read about the Boomslang harness on the F/IC throwing this code, but ive had the car with the F/1C for a long time and I've never had a problem before.
and for the P2196- What would cause the O2 to get stuck on rich? Could it have been the storm with the moist air or temperature change?

Quite a bit to explain...so ill try to make it as short as possible

P0341 could be the sensor is just about dead, connector corroded, wire insulation nicked and grounding out, or you need the resistor installed.

P0136 Secondary (downstream) O2 sensor is dead.

P2196 Primary (upstream) O2 sensor is damaged, fouled, or your tune is off. you mentioned an exhaust leak cause of your wastegate. Double check all leaks are fixed by placing your hand near the suspect area and feeling for the hot exhaust blowing out.

P0172 again is the Primary O2 sensor reading rich. if it was just this code i would say its tune but since you threw 2196 code it could go either way.

Alright well for the resistor mod do you think that after a full year of not needing it it could just randomly need it? and i recently put a new clutch in, is the sensor anywhere that I can damage it?

And for the P2196 I recently replaced my Primary O2 because I think that the old one went out. Would I really need a new one this soon?

And what do you think of the stumbles I was getting and the running really lean at idle and stalling?

The lean, idle, and stalling issues are because of excessive fuel trims. fuel trims are off cause of the above codes.

Do you still have your old O2 sensor? try swapping and see what happens...clear fuel trims and see where that gets ya.

Thanks for the advice. but i guess it was a glitch or something. i cleared the codes and they haven't come back yet. and also the car is running
close to how it used to again without me doing anything different. but if it starts acting up again i will try swapping the O2 with the old one.

that tells me that its very likely your tune is off, cause what you did was clear the fuel trims as well as the codes. still could be sensor issues. play it by ear bro, see what happens.

Stuck rich can occur from excessive trims as a result of the tune. This same deal can occur if the primary O2 is fubared as well.

Honestly i didn't even clear the short term fuel trim, i cleared the codes with scan tool. lol but either way, the car is running for now and I'm happy with that,
I'm going to be getting a new turbo and a new tune in the next month. so hopefully all the problems/codes will go away. And run better

Oh and also for the secondary O2 its actually unplugged because my down pipe is too low and it makes it rub on the power steering rack.
