Before I start there is a video for people who do not wish to read this! Link is at the bottom of the page.
So here is the problem. I went boosted about 3~ weeks ago. I started DDing the car about 2 weeks ago. I had a idle issues with the car. The car would start fine when cold. Once the car was warmed up and you tried to restart it would idle horribly with like 17afrs. I took care of that issue by adding fuel in the area. The car would now start easy and would idle fine after warm 14-14.9 afrs. I talked to a tuner that said part of my idle issue is probably a vac leak and I need to use my brake booster for my vac block. (I originally had it off the throttle body) I went to a hardware store bought everything I needed and installed it. The car ran fine after install but I never let it get warmed up. I will slow down at a stoplight and the car after stopping will just die. If I pump the brakes the vac will drop from 20in/hg at idle to 10in/hg, sometimes the car will die while doing this. After re-calibrating it we have 200%(maybe a dirty tb?) It is not random, it will idle fine 15-20 seconds, then for a few seconds it will idle bad and the vac will drop to 15in/hg. Decel the car will do 23~in/hg idle is around 20in/hg. The tps before I re-calibrated it was like 1600%. .
My vac lines are tight on the block. The ones going to the brake booster aren't tight but not loose either. The line connected to the BOV is the same way.

Getting to basics...
Do the spark plugs and oxygen sensors have excessive carbon build up? and your wideband sensor as well?
I know when I was tuning mine on a standalone EMS, I had to swap them out, they were filthy as hell, and it was throwing off the tuning process.

idle issue is not part from have the block running off the throttle body, many ppl do that, cause its a easier reach, then having it off the brake booster...you wont noticed any difference,is all your piping secure tight, there nothing loose, cause alot of people i know,it ends of being like a loose charge pipe or something

i had the same issue when i had this kit on. i fixed it using crush's base map and making sure the fic had it's own vac source off the vac block. try putting it as the first one on the vac block.

@stock scion tC: The plugs are brand new along with the wideband. The 02 sensor on the downpipe I am not sure how much buildup it came with the kit. The second 02 sensor is fine, it looked almost new.
@my06tC: I will double check the pipes tomorrow.
@slydrin: The fic does have a spot off the vac block, it believe it have it next to last. I will also do this tomorrow.

that definitely is not right. if your TPS will not zero when reset, trouble shooting is needed, check your harness if all is good their call AEM you may have to sent the unit in for service.
is there a one way check valve or a vacuum solenoid before your vacuum block? that is very weird!

I am stuck at school the car let me down. The car was running fine on my way to work this morning and now it it running lean 22.4afrs and wont stay running. I either have a fuel system issue or an fic issue. I think am going to pull the FIC and see if the factory ECU will take care of it . If not I don't know what I am going to do. FML

The world of boost is about to be short lived. I am about to go back to stock and sell everything. My question is at idle why would my afr's be 22.4? I just removed the FIC and went back to the stock ecu, still running the same amount. Could the injectors be clogged? Where is the fuel filter?
Fuel Filter is in the gas tank.
There is no inline fuel filter in the engine bay.
If the injectors are clogged might want to send it to an injector clinic.

Or put a bottle of injector cleaner in your fuel tank, not as good but better than nothing.
What kind of injectors are you running? how many CCs?
What is its response time?

That's what I am going to do. Hoping I didn't drop an injector. Just got it home. School is like 5 miles and it took 2hours to get the tow truck and get it home.
