Code P2195 instead of P2193

Is there any reason why i would be throwing a rich mixture at high loads code on bank 2? Shouldn't it be at bank 1?

The code is for Oxygen sensor stuck lean (bank 1 sensor 1) straight out of the manual.

I don't remember the exact cut-off but

CEL Codes P0001-P0999 are generic codes and anything from P1000 and above are manufacture specific codes. GM and Toyota might have a code somewhere above P1000 that are the same but have diffrent meanings (just an example).
