Thanks for the feedback, guys.

I was discussing the clutch swap with my Service Rep at Toyota and he highly recommended doing the flywheel while we're in there, and he said he put in a lightweight flywheel in his modded Miata and really likes it. Lighter flywheels are supposed to make the car harder to drive, but I read about people using the really light ones like Fidanza and really liking them, so I figured I'd take my chance on a ~12lb one and see how it goes.

Not to hijack, but it keeps it from getting all nasty in that case. Plus helps keep down ambient temps.

All coatings come off if the car is driven hard from what I have seen. Jet hot and similar products are good for show points... When it is new.

Doesn't get nasty unless you do something to cause it to. Never have a problem with temps, even during full 20min sessions on the track.

Just got the car back from clutch and flywheel install. The feel is great, pretty much indistinguishable from stock. The engine revs a little quicker with the new flywheel.

Looks like I will probably be getting tuned by Sound Performance in Chicago. Still need to schedule the appointment.

Last week I got the car tuned by Sound Performance in Chicago. They said PTuning's base map was very close to perfect with only a few small adjustments needed in the middle of the curve.

I ended up posting 303 hp & 322 ft/lb on their Mustang dyno (at 8.5 lbs of boost).
