Ebay Intercooler

I searched a bit but I couldn't find any good information on ebay intercoolers. Has anyone used this intercooler brand? My friend (from the dsm crowd) has heard good things about the ebay intercoolers. Any reviews/information would be helpful... (also is this intercooler large enough to support ~300hp and not cut the crash guard?

My buddy has a 91 talon running 350whp and has been using an ebay intercooler and has had it for over a year no problems.
