Having issue with my GReddy e-Manage Ultimate. Trying to load a new tune and i have no communication to my Notebook. I have tried 2 different laptops and still have the same issue. the interactive light is on (blinking) all the time.
Even if the laptop is not plugged in. I have tried unplugging e-Manage and plugging it back in to see if it would clear up but nothing. i have taken the case off and there is nothing wrong with printed circuit board. Has this happened to anyone one else??
If my e-Manage is screwed anyone got any suggestions on a new piggy back or anything else.

You sure you have the correct USB driver installed. Or atleast enabled. Check the program folders in the GReddy Ultimate folder in your hard drive. And look for a file that is driver install. I'm not sure what it's called.
And click on it to make sure the driver is installed. Cause if it's not then your computer won't recognize the GReddy Ultimate being plugged in.

thats what i thought was happening on my new laptop but iv tried my old laptop that i have used before and have been sucessful with putting tunes on with. and its still not communicating. but thank you and i will look to make sure everything is installed properly

everything is installed ok on my laptop. i dont know what the problem could be.

what OS do you have? xp works flawless with it....windows vista not so lucky....a few people on here have had luck but not me with vista or windows 7.

wow sounds like my problem everytime I hook my ultimate up it says offline I'm hoping someone posts some helpful info. WACTHING!!

idk if you got this but I finally got my car started my buddy went through the lap top and had to open it all like manually.... if u havent got it lemme know im pretty sure u had the same problem as me
