I am sure .030 will be fine. You may loose a small amount of millage (probably not even noticeable). If it idles rough then they will be way too small but .030 should be fine. I think I am at .032 or .034 and my 05 runs great. I just got 28.5 MPG with my last fill up

Wow crush congrats on almost being there. Glad you got the bulk of stuff mna. GL getting tuned. Cant wait to see some numbers especially with all the heat down there. Thats cool you got a baseline dyno too so we can see the actual gains.

do any of you guys get a little, variable pitch whistle noise from your engine bay when you let off the gas? i'm pretty sure my setup is leak-free, but ive always gotten a slight, multi-note whistle when i'm decelerating or coasting. i'm assuming it's just the turbo being strange... anyone notice it? it's kind of embarrassing if i'm pulling into a parking space and a pedestrian next to it is staring at my car wondering why a high-pitched noise is coming from it.

well my plugs are fouling at .35 so .40 might be good for the current tune that I have.. haha I did remember him yelling the gap but my mind was focused on something else haha..
