for the newer ones, yeah, it is just reflashed through the techsteam laptop.

so yeah, the dealership can just do it if you want...but i don't know if they will...or what they'll charge. probably at least 1 hour labor.

You just get a charger? and want the flash? keep in mind that the dealer cant flash it back so you either dont get rid of the s/c or you get tuned w/ an emanage or AEM

The TRD Reflash is the tune they give u when u get the supercharger.....its in no way a tune for a Turbo.....im getting it just because i wanna tune off of it..

as in im tuning my car myself using the Reflash as a base

^remember - you have to take your car to toyota to get the car to swap after changing the ecu. There is some kind of trick i remember from years ago but dont remember what it was ....there was a work-a-round somehow

correct.. the trd tune takes massive amounts of timing. and even if you try to add timing it will keep taking more timing. trd tune it smarter then the stock tune.

^ yea if you dont go w/ the trd tune you get that AEM, an emanage ultimate, or emanage blue. And yea, you take that to shop with a dyno. What part of NJ are you from?

why not just get a piggy back already! You keep wasting money cburg. No offense bro, but don't try and put a band-aide on the problem. Save some money and get a reputable piggy back. Don't cheap out on your car when it comes to the tune, you never know what might happen.

i know what your saying but you guys really dont know what im doing and how i do things...my car is running perfect right now and i tunned it myself...

i understand going with a piggyback is more benificial and ill will do that just as soon as i get my safc and injectors sold
