Default problems need help bad

ok so im planning to get my car tuned in the next week or two but anyways i have emange blue and dezod pnp harness plug and play now i plug it in load my basemap to the mange and dose not even start up with emange turns over and dosnt start now im pretty sure the jumpers r set right but anyways starts on stock ecu should i just have the tuning place mess with it and will they figure ity out or no and also i have a turbo XS manual boost controler and i have it all the way turn down because im not tunned but when im boosting it seems my boost gauage reads more pounds the more speed i go is this because i have it all the way off or no please help need to know fast so i can get my car tuned

1.try a different base map
2.call tuner and ask what he suggests
3.sounds like you may have turned the boost controller the wrong way or have the boost controller installed backwards. also double check your vac line to your wastegate

i had a problem with the blue emanage when i plugged it in i got no ignition at all i even checked spark to make sure and there was nothing but it was fine on stock ecu i redid the jumpers but i couldnt get it i took it to my tuner and he got it so i would take it to your tuner guy

ill prlly just have the tunner do everythinjg with emange tahts what there payed to do and for boost controller ill have to double check there in no leaks and im pretty sure its closed all the way might have it backwards but how can i tell

alot of them have an arrow showing flow direction, arrow normally points toward wastegate but check directions provided.

u think having it turned all the way down could have somethkin g do with it where my wastegate cant open all the way so my boost its reading just more pressure

what mbc do you have? link or pic? maybe a pic of how you have your vac lines routed?

i have blue i called the tunner im going have my car done at and they said they would charge me to dignostic or whatever depending how long it takes them so i would like to figure wtf is going on

Crush as for the boost controller is that explaining I have to have it cranked three full turns in order to have it on or no because I says turn counter clockwise three full turns

Make sure the jumpers internally are set right.

Jp3 1-2
Jp5 & 6 open
Jp2 2-3
Jp1 1-2
Jp7 1-2
Jp4 open

Make sure your rotary settings are 4-2-2 as well.

very helpful im check all the jumpers and settings tommorrow and ALSO as for the boost controller im only getting tunned at 9 pounds now i have a 7 9psi wastegate bar spring should i just install that or just leave the bar spring i have now and run the boost controller any suggestions

hey dezod i set the rotary and jumpers one jumper was off would tyhat do it and rotary settings where way off and what about the last two settings supose to be like the volume and % or whatever just at 0 or what

Good to hear you've got it solved. Those rotary settings will mess you up every time if there not right
