Running too lean?

Running too lean?
I searched around but really coudn't find a solid answer. I just installed the MMW header/spipe with the s/c and for some odd reason ive been getting slightly better gas mileage which is leading me to believe that im running a little lean (I'm using the cel fix attatchment on the spipe not to throw a cel).
Anyways, im worried that if I put in the nst s/c pulley and boost 9.5lbs that ill be running too lean. Anyone know? Thanks.

Yea, i already have the glowshift gauges but i need to get them in. Im gona try reseting the ecu, letting the car idle for ten minutes and then breaking it back in for 500 miles and see if im still running lean (basically reset the long term things).

the only problem with a glowshift a/f gauge is that it isn't wideband.. your readings will be very generic (lean, stoic, rich) so you won't really have a good idea if your tune is actually safe

Yea, i read up on that i just don't have the money to dish out for a wideband. There are a ton of people running this pulley so i know that the trd tune is fine and i know of one guy with a header and pulley and hes fine as well so i guess its ok,..

You will need a wideband, Get the AEM UEGO

I hate to state the painfully obvious but the A/F should be very high on your list if you're running forced induction and concerned. Think about if it was running lean and sometime down the road you had to replace the motor would you have the money for that?

No, I purchased the pulley with the idea that it would be run safely because there are several people running the same set up. However, a friend of mine pointed out that I might be running a little lean so i decided to search around before i did something i regreted. If your not going to be helpfull please stop posting.
