yeah i have the exedy stage 1 and it doesnt seem to be holding up very good, but it is definately a nicer pedal feel than stock lol

Get a Stage 4 6-puck sprung. It'll last just fine.

As for a lightweight flywheel, go with a 12lb. I made the mistake of getting a 9lb and it makes so much noise when I'm decelerating.

I like it just fine. You need to get used to it initially.. but now I'm so used to it that sometimes I feel like my clutch isn't all that grabby - but then I drive someone else's car and theirs feels like mush.
