Default 05-06 Supercharger CARB/EO sticker

Does anyone have a picture of the CARB decal for this kit? This is the second time I've had to smog my car, and the first time I've been asked for the decal. I have searched every box I have from the original kit, and looked online(plenty of other TRD SC decals) but can't find it.

Even with the sticker and the EO paperwork I argued with the guy at the smog check facility for 15minutes over the CARB legality of my car. Just went to a different location and didn't have an issue.

Wish CARB would have just stuck with reading emissions out of the tailpipe....
Telling me what I can and can't put in my car is uncool...
Even with extended upgrades I NEVER came close to having an emissions problem when being checked in Colorado.
