Part number for 160F Thermostat used on SC kit

I'm working to get the car ready for extra heat. I've got the auto tranny cooler (not isntalled -but looks good on the couch), now I'm looking at the water side of things. The thermostat keeps the engine at about 190F (checked with a computer, fans kick it at about 195F) On the road the temp fluctuates a bit down to 185F. Note: This was with 50F air intake temperature. So I am sure that the temperature was controlled by the stat.

I'm looking at lowering the water temperature to help in heat management. My first pick is to use the thermostat used on the SC kit which I believe is set at 160F. The next item is to change the switch for the radiator fan -but I'll be running AC most of the summer... It gets hot in Texas... So I don't think it will be required.

So what type of thermostats are the folks with F/I running on the TC?

Couldnt find the part # for it but,

OE Thermostat - 82° C (180°F)
TRD Thermostat - 71° C (160°F)

Anyone have part numbers for an off the shelf 160F thermostat that will fit our cars? I checked the TRD model but it was like $80. Replacement stats go for like $13. So I'm still looking...
