PTUNING Close-Ratio 5-speed with Final Drive Dog Engagement Gearset (coming soon)
We have been working on developing a close-ratio dog-engagement Helical-cut gearset for the Scion tC1 (2005-2010 M/T) that should be able to handle the constant abuse of 600+whp of a road race or drag car without shearing the gears. We are currently seeking a few individuals that may be interested in one of the few remaining gear sets that will be available in a few months. If you're interested in finding out more details on the gear sets, please pm us!

I was wondering when you guys were going to make this public. That's the news I've been waiting on. How coincidental is it that I JUST pulled the transmission out of the tC only a few hours ago. Plan on taking the internals out for inspection.

Oh ok I was confused by the "few remaining gear sets" comment. Btw rythmn when should you be boosted again? I'm dropping my car off at ptuning on the 12th of march

I say within the next month or two. Only $1k short in the turbo fund.

Sorry for not being clearer.
Basically, the first batch will be released in very limited amount. If there are further demands, future batches will then be released in higher volume. However, future batches may not be released til next year. Therefore, if you wish to have the gear set within the next few months and not have to wait til next year, you will want to commit to this pre-order. Glad to see someone is doing gears sets. We use to have custom sets made for our Pro Stock All Motor and SFWD turbo tc's drag cars. You guys doing different gear ratio's and final drive's? You going to do a 4 speed for drag cars?

it's about damn time someone stepped up and addressed the transmission. more info please on the gear set, are they being made by ppg, how much are they, yadda yadda...

Our first gear won't be "unusable". That's one benefit.
