Purple people eater build
Good afternoon everyone! I just finished reading my old build thread and I think its more appropriate to start a new one. It is time to build! I ordered an engine builders kit for Dezod LAST YEAR and im just getting the opportunity to dive in. Along with the engine builders kit, I ordered an entire gasket overhaul, oil pump, water pump, and thermostat from Toyota. I bought slicks sometime last summer and those have been a blast. Hopefully its not too long till the next update. Have a safe memorial day weekend folks!

Got it stripped down to the block. Not sure whats going on here because the head bolts were 07+ 10mm Bi-Hex but no piston squirters in the block. Not sure if this is going to be a problem considering all the hardware I have is for an 07+.
Rod thrust is within spec with my tightest being .0075 and the loosest was .009 -.0095. Crank thrust is waaaay out of spec. I can slide the .025 in no problem. Launching the crap out of it probably didn't help.
