Red Line Time Attack 2010 Season

Since the majority of Scion owners that participate in Red Line Time Attack are regularly in the FI forums, so we thought we post it here.

The 2010 season has started. If you are interested in participating in any Red Line Time Attack event this year, you can go to Redlinetimeattack.com to register or click on the image.

We no longer have the resources to participate in the full season, especially given that most events this year is in the west coast. Therefore, we may run 1 of the east coast event just for fun this year.

Hopefully, we will see more Scion tC in the 2010 Red Line Time Attack season.

The only way to get more Red Line TA events back to the east coast is to have more participants and spectators at these events.

Yes it is. If you just want to get your feet wet, you can simply do the Sat practice session only.

man i really enjoyed watching you guys in nashville last year, and if they dont think that IA wasnt alot of spectators and precipitants im at a loss for words...
unless they are talking about GA and northern states combined.

i will deff stay tuned in and root for you guys for another 1st place finish!
get that TC back out on the track she misses it.

100% agree with you on the amount of spectators at the TN event. I guess Red Line Time Attack still see more money in the west coast events. Hopefully, they will change their mind and add more east coast events for 2011.

Thank you. Unfortunately, we will take 2010 season off to start gathering fund for 2011. Hopefully, we will be able to compete again next season.

i hope you guys can compete in 2011. you guys produce some great products and have built one awesome machine without scions support. that says a lot. keep up the good work!

Don't blame you with the transportation costs alone being stupid high.

I'll try to make it down to the NJ race. That track is only 1-2 hours from me, so it'll all come down to availability.

Thank you masterp.
Yeah, we don't know what else we have to do to get some kind of support from Scion Corp...maybe we have to win at least 3 championships?

Yes, transportation is expensive too, especially if you are on the east coast and all the events is out west.

We're not sure if we will be running the tC in NJ. However, Justin (blown_xa) and Fox (tC) will be running this event. A few of us we will there for support. Hope to see you again Jon.

See you all in NJ!!! Come support Ken and I, and we will not dissappoint!

I think I will return to Redline in full force in 2011. The rule changes sorta ticked me off so I canceled my 2010 efforts with them. In 2010 its going to be all out "seat time" running HPDE track days.

RusWolf 03-11-2010 01:16 AM

and how much is to race ? for some reason i dont see it on their website, do i have to register to see it ?

Yes you have to register to see it. But I will just tell you, it is $250 for Saturday HPDE. $250 for Sunday time attack. If you register for both, you get $100 off for being 1st event registered, plus another $50 off if you register within 14 days of event.

I forgot to mention, you also have to be a RTA member ($25) and have a RTA license to compete ($50).

Domo 03-11-2010 01:43 AM

how much does it cost to register? Also, I thought they were not doing Joliet this season?
