Default Running extremely rich with emanage blue

I had my car tuned last summer, and on the dyno the afr's looked good - mid to high 11's. But a few weeks later, i noticed the afr's were extremely rich - as in my guage was showing 10.0, meaning that its probably in the 9's. I didn't change anything on my car at all - same boost, exhaust, etc. So now that im on break, im getting a new clutch and hopefully getting it retuned. Before i did it i wanted to see what you guys thought the problem was. Was it possible that as the clutch got worse it messed up the load or something and richened the afr's? Seems like a stretch to me. Is it just a bad tune? Maybe the dyno wasn't set up right? I'm going to a different tuner for sure this time.

mine is running a little rich right now too, wen it was tuned they told me it happens sometimes with the e-manage blue, they said a little more boost would even it out not sure if you wanna go that route though.

Yea i mean i would understand if it were like low 11's or something and partial throttle. But this is 10.0 in 3rd gear. 4th and 5th gear are a joke - it actually starts sputtering. Hopefully a better tune with a new clutch will fix it - idk. I just wanted to see if there is anything i need to do before i get it retuned.

I would definately make sure there is no boost leaks. Also check any CEL's if you have any.

Yea it was at japtrix - and I guess the temp is a possible cause. When its cold out it runs a little leaner, I guess since cold air is denser. But when its hotter than 80 degrees it is really bad. I'm positive there are no boost leaks and the only CEL I have for a deleted cat.

try resetting your ECU, that usually helps clear up my AFR's, and fluctuating idle.

Yeah, i know of a few people that have had your problem, and was fixed by resetting the ECU. I think they were saying that they reset it once every month and had no problems. But then again, no matter were you take it it will always need to be retuned once in a while.
