Default Thanks Ptuning

I just recently was pulling my car out of my garage and smelled gas so i parked it and looked under the car in a matter of seconds all my gas was on the ground, the problem: two holes in the feed line to the fuel pump, I have also found a small tiny hole when i was installing the system! You WOULD think that something you pay close to 700$ for would work fine, but i guesse not

Can you describe better? Was something rubbing on the line? Did something puncture it?

then do you mean that the feed line from the pump to the fuel rail is leaking?

Sorry that a few customers running our fuel system were having some issues with one of the fuel line. It has nothing to do with installation. We discovered that a batch of our fuel line was defective from the manufacturer. After cutting open the fuel line, we can see minor crack. We have already addressed this issue with the manufacturer of the fuel line. That batch has been returned to the manufacturer. All recent fuel systems have been shipped with the new upgraded lines.

Customers who have contacted us with this problem have all been sent a new upgraded line.

We do apologize for this inconvenience.

Regards,
Mike @ PTUNING

it would be nice if they would chime in and try to make this right before the inevitable flame war ensues.

Please stop selling the fuel system if there problems with it. Get the problems fixed first before you sell the fuel system to other people. We pay alot of money for this fuel system, then when we get it and theres problems with it. Im lucky my car didnt catch fire.

Up to date we have shipped and installed 26 fuel systems.
Of the 26, two had this defective fuel lines.
One is tcturbo07, and the other is boosted239.

Rather than trusting another company, in the future we may have to make our own fuel lines too lol.

Again, we do apologize for the inconvenience.

Regards,
Mike @ PTUNING
