has anyone got a ticket for there bov being to loud? i got a warning about mine but i think it was because he didnt know what it was. he pulled me over and walk to my window and said "what the hell was that?" i laugh and said it was a bov and he asked if it always did it. i thought for a sec and choose my words safely cuz if i was to just blurt out "only when i boost" he could of got my for careless driving (there strick in my town). but he said if he heard it again that he was gonna get me a noise violation. this is kinda serious cause he got pulled over for it, but its so damn funny thinking of that cops reaction. "WTH?!"

 

ill have to admit, the bov on the supercharger sounded pretty sexy.

I scared the crap out of a bum under a bridge one time when i had my HKS (it fluttered at the time). He looked back with this look on his face like someone just stabbed him LOL. Now it sounds like a shot gun of air with the synapse BOV.

LOL, mine is loud as ____ in the WRX. HKS for the win, but that is total BS. You shouldn't be getting pulled over for a blow off valve.

 

being a cop myself, if you question the stop you dont make it. Plus, we are al pretty good at common sense. I wanna know where this is that a cop doesnt know enough about engines that he makes a stop for a BOV.
