No subie guys knows what they're doing because they bought the car in the first place.

Your going to start an evolution/STi argument on a scion forum. If you actually have valid points, I could understand but making this blatantly erroneous comment without any reason to back it up is just un-intelligent. I love both cars, they do things differently, and each have their own niche. But seriously, come on man. As all of Nasioc would say....

Haha, Just ____ing around. Ruffle some dedicated subie fan feathers.

But seriously. I love doing builds and custom work (myself) if you do the work then I say do it. Regardless if you get any benefits or not.

Everyone on forums always say things are not worth it because the money and time and you don't gain anything. You gain a custom intercooler set up and makes yours car different.

its kinda unnecessary to run an intercooler for the centrifugal SC. you can get a better effect running water methanol injection...

just saw your build. good job though. hope it works out better for you. are you running EMS and what pulley size?

Water/air? I see a bunch of silicone and piping. You may loose some psi. Hopefully the colder charge air will negate that. Before and after dyno plots? Or data logs of intake air temps?

I'm also running meth but I don't want to just rely on that that's why I did the intercooler as well. AEM FIC with non stop 55mm pulley soon. Right now I'm running 9 psi

It's a barrel style intercooler, notice the brass fitting for the water line. I agree with the dyno/data logs request though. OBD intake temp readings are useless though considering it's measured at the intake. You should do what I suggested with the multimeter and thermocouples.

Yeah, I saw the water fitting. You be surprised at what some people can come up with. I was just making sure.

I thought I was going to run into problems with HKS BOV such as stalling and fluttering but its fine and sound super nasty when the BOV hits

Yes I will be getting tuned soon but I have to install my new clutch first cuz the OEM one is slipping really bad! And it will be on the dyno with the 55mm/14psi pulley so the HP numbers arnt going to help you much
