Default Oil all over supercharger side of engine bay

So i'm in the process of replacing my starter and during S/C removal i see that theres old gunked oil everywhere mainly around the T-fitting and oil pressure sending unit as well as oil drain line to the pan. Is this a common leaking area? Should i replace these items? Oil level seems to be stable between oil changes.

If i remove the coolant hose from engine to top of radiator, do i need to re-bleed the coolant? I think i need to take this off to be able to remove the 3 allen bolts holding supercharger to the bracket.
