Default Turbo Engine Management..

Hello everyone, I’ve been in the market if turboing my 2010 Scion tC and run at max 5 to 10 psi since it is my daily driver, my questions are what would be a safe amount of boost to run reliably?

And what is a good ECU to run to adjust for the extra air, that is also not going to break the bank? I do have the Spec-D catback exhaust.

I went with the aem fic. And from reading I see a lot of people staying below 12 psi. I'm installing my setup this weekend
