Turbo Rebuild
yea its pretty easy and id go that route if i were you. all you really need to do is take the bolts of the back of both housings and take the turbine out and replace the seals and such and then just have it balanced..pretty simple to do.
if its a garrett turbo just rebuild it your self....no need to balance it, garret parts come pre- balanced ull notice the back of both wheels have been shaved in some areas...this is where they balance each part individually and not as a unit so no need for re-balancing

and having a company back it up
also cxracing sells their cheap rebuild kits...Iv rebuilt one turbo using their components and so far so good but it doesnt have enough miles on the turbo to tell if its really worth the buy but for 40bux it was worth a try.
i will def check out those links asap...im just still kinda unsure about the diy route cuz i dont wanna mess it up lol if i do go to mikes y turbo do they back up thier work???
mikes turbo is a authorized dealer and repair shop for garrett and master power and precision turbos. lol you tell me if they can back up there work. jesus christ johnny just go to mikes turbo and let them rebuild it. or buy a bigger turbo.
