Default Turbo Reliablity?

If I wanted to get a turbo, what would be the best kit for my '07? I wouldn't mind making around 250whp. But it's also a daily driver. What boost pressure should i run at? What are some things that i need to look out for? How will my maintenance schedule change? Please point me in the right direction of any threads. Thank you.

get used to this question.

as far as reliable thats up to your driving. if you drive like me you'll blow it up after about 2 years. if you drive like a normal person it'll last a while. but be prepared to drop money on clutches.
