Noob question here. Ive searched around on google and scionlife. I have yet to find any answers to my question. Im well aware of our front mount turbos and how little room we have. Specifically can we fit .82 a/r exhaust/turbine housing without hitting the radiator? The turbocharger clears if i keep the compression housing to a size e. But as of now i have .48 a/r and i only have so much room before it touches the radiator. Ive seen people fit .63 or whatever it is on the forums. Will a .82 fit?

i have the .63 and mines just about touches the radiator,ive seen people with the .82 where they cut a little slot into the plastic housing to fit the bigger turbos

Would it too much of a hassle to ask for a picture? Turbo specs? Im considering something along the lines of 60mm t3t4e .82 but i have to gather more information. I need top end power.

I have a GT35R .70AR compressor/ .78AR Turbine and it fits. I am using mishimoto radiator with two pusher cooling fans infront of the radiator.

it all depends on the manifold u use i have a 6262 with an .82 AR with a ptuning manifold no issue at all with a bigger radiator

i am specifically asking for dezods front mount turbo manifold.

Why not just call Dezod and talk with Paul, he is very helpful. I cant speak about their manifold. I have a custom manifold and my turbo sits towards the middle/bottom of the motor. Whats your HP goals? Keep one thing in mind the ar size doesn't necessarily determine the housing size i.e. my .78 turbine is the same size as the .82 housing (outside diameter). Compairing .48 to a .63 there very well may be a housing size difference.
