well i was looking at it on the website and it says it "Weapon R 05-07 Scion TC Race header (MMW) with Cel Eliminator", so does that mean it can pass emmisions since no CEL light will be on or what?

the emissions thing who knows, but you won't have a CEL... this should have probably been posted in Drivetrain and Power...

 

if you were in california no, we have a visual inspection aswell. IL I don't know what their procedures are, but if you have to have stock cats in place that would = fail.

 

basically, it fools the secondary o2 sensor into thinking that the primary catalytic convertor is there and properly functioning.

whether or not you pass emissions depends on your states testing laws.

you fail automatically if you have a CEL. so if the CEL eliminator does its job, you will pass. HOWEVER, if they hook up a sniffer to your exhaust pipe and actually analyze your emissions, you will probably fail.
