Default Wideband Bung on a S/C Question..

I did search and have read to have the bung welded on my s-pipe 2 feet back from a turbo.

I do not have a turbo, I am supercharged. My question is, since I have 1 cat (on my header) the rest of my exhaust consists of a Borla Axle back, Tsudo Mid-pipe, and Invidia S-pipe, where do I need to have the o2 bung welded? Before the 2nd o2 sensor on the S-pipe or after? I do not want to place it too close to the header and risk melting the sensor. I am having this done today so any advice would be great!

Thanks!!

Around 24-26" downstream is what most sensor manufacturers recommend.

Mine is next to the rear o2 sensor and works fine.

why does it have to be so far down the header? we have an o2 sensor right on the header itself don't we? what is so special that it can withstand being right on the header that other ones can't tolerate?

could it be possibly the heat the header has? thats the only logical explanation i can think of. someone correct me if i am wrong. i was wondering the same thing, so I am glad this was asked.
