im trying to figure out what head unit should I buy for my tc and I thought this was a good candidate...hoping that someone has this installed already with a pic so I can have an idea on how its going to look.

This is a good unit. I actually installed this in "The Game"s conversion van. (Actually, I installed last years model).


This plays DVD's, and has a great output setup for a very nice sound system. 5V preouts for 5.1 - very nice!!

i have that deck and it's awesome....can't beat the detachable face...i love how it lists mp3s and folders too...that was the main reason I got it. I have a DVD-R FULL of mp3's and another DVD-R with about 50 music videos on it....freakin' coolest deck i've ever had... lotta wiring though! worth every penny. Don't pay the 650 retail though...I searched a bunch of sites and got it shipped for 420...brand new. just my .02

I got the JVC-KD-AVX1 and its really sic. Got it shipped off Ebay for 359. Cant beat the price for this amazing product.
