Default Bluetooth mic placement

Hey I saw this setup on the forums. I'll be installing the F90BT this weekend and would like to know what I need and how I can accomplish this. This seems like the perfect placement for a bluetooth mic since it's very close to the driver as well as the passenger. Has anyone else done this?

This might help you with the removal of the dome lights (pg. 2) ...

my dome light looks diffrent that that. but i put mine atop of the rear view and both myself and with a little bit more effort the passenger can be heard too.

im guessing this is for the 08s?

that front dome light setup is from the spec.

i've seen quite a few people just use the clip it comes with and attaching it right in front of the driver where the gauges sit in front of the steering wheel.

for regular tCs... not sure if there's enough space to fit the mic there... probably though. just gonna take a little effort.

I just did my friends avic-f900bt and we placed it right in front of the odometer. Clips perfectly there and you are heard very well from the listener.

I stuck mine right next to my shifter... but that's a good idea...
