Car alarm went off all day and possibly killed my engine
Hello,
As stated in my topic I've been having problems with my car alarm, which isn't scion security. I'm assuming this because I see no indication that it is. It would go off all day and I would have to go out and play with the door until it goes out, but I have disconnected the horns for now. I have noticed that my brakes don't depress like usual as it requires a lot of force to just try to move it. My car alarm is constantly blinking so its always being triggered. I have been looking around the forum and basically came up with a couple solutions: d/c the battery, take out and check the fuses, and lower the alarm sensitivity. The problem is, I have no idea how to do the last two, much less locate where they would be. If anyone can help guide me, I would greatly appreciate it.
