I was trying to wire some l.e.d's to come on when my dome lights come on. So when I unlock the car, and when the doors are open.
I saw instructions on the forum earlier, and I found the blue wire that is said to be the ground.
When I connect to this ground and the power source the lights come on, but they don't turn off with the dome lights.

Is the ground wire a different wire for the 07 Tc?
I also have an aftermarket viper alarm system on my car. Would that be what's messing everything up?

P.S. I know there are many links about how to wire door lights, and I've gone through them all. None of them mention the problems that I'm having.

 

i have the same thing with my tc both of my domes fade in blue and fade out with the doors opening and closing. to get that you need to make sure your splicing your LED into the dome light wire, very easy.
