i was working on my car replacing the rear dome lights with these custom ones u plug in kinda like the oznium ones. i had to cut and spice the wires coming out of the bulb to find which one was the positive one to hook up the leds to. i accidentally madde the positive and negative touch together and they sparked and now my front and rear dome lights arent working. Is it a blown fuse? if it is which one do i gotta replace?

its a blown fuse.
check in your enginebay
look for your fusebox and locate the fuse
i think it says "dome" it should be 7.5A i think.
either take the extra 10A fuse to replace it with or buy a replacment.
next time disconnect your battery, and you shouldn't blow anything.

yeaaa.
gotta agree.
there really is never ANY reason to splice into the dome lights to put other bulbs in.
i'm pretty sure the ones your talking about come with dummy bulbs correct?
