Help with placement of amp for new install.

Ok so Ive finally got the money to overhall my audio. bought a Soundstream 5 chan amp
and
polk db6501
already had a sub and box but now Im wondering where the hell is the optimal place to put the amp? Also Im still using stock speakers in the rear for now.

I have two amps placed in each rear side panel. I have never been a fan of displaying my electronics, to have the back window smashed in, and everything stolen. I live in PA, and experience all weather, from below freezing, to the days above 100 degrees. I have NEVER had my amps shut down on me due to heat. There is plenty of airflow back there.

Plus, to me, it looks ghetto fab when you mount an amp on back of a sub box.

FYI, I am running front + rear components amped up. There is plenty of space back behind those rear panels.

^ too exposed. I would mount it against the back seat and get a sub box that flushes with the back seat.

^ I don't think he drives around like that. They are normally covered up by the cover that... you know... Is there for the spare tire? If that were my car I would probably do the same. Although I would probably build mounts and put some fans in there as well. That is definitely the best idea for these cars that I have found though.
