Don't you own the car? And does it sit in your driveway/parking lot? And don't you have access to it whenever you want?? I suggest grabbing a tape measure and figuring it out. This isn't something we can just say, "Hey yeah it's 100 sq yards of fabric!" Come on man...

I can easily do that but I don't have acess to the car right now which is why i made this thread. Plus I wanted to see how much it would cost if ordering online by knowing how much to get. Maybe you should ask more questions before assuming things. If you're not gonna help me out then stay out of my thread and go rant and rave to someone who cares.. Come on man..

Unfortunately my wife has her TC at work so I won't be able to help you out really...

I am curious though, what are you going to wrap it in? I know that at the local fabric store a yard of fabric is generally less than $5. In my head I cannot imagine it taking more then 4-5 yards. Probably less than that if you're cautious with your cuts, use scraps, etc..

i was thinking about 4-5 yards too but just don't want to find out i need more you know.. either way i might just get about 5-6 yards just to be safe.. i want to wrap it in a gray/black plaid material to match the interior but at the same time give it some style..

i saw a xB with wrapped headliner and he said he got about 5 yards and to get 50-60" in width so i might just do that and see how it turns out...

That'd look pretty cool, I think.

Keep in mind that your headliner isn't going to take very much since the majority is a sunroof... The xB I am sure would take much more than a tC.

I bought around 10 yards of material and I got to wrap the headliner, all the pillars, and my subs and the mat over the spare tire. I only had scrap pieces left. However, I did not wrap the door insert things. But, in any case you should always buy a bit more than you think imo.

^^that looks good! clean install. how did you cut out the fabric for the sunroof? make an "x" cut and just fold it over?

AWilson013: yea i'm sure the xB takes more but he just wrapped his headliner and i want to wrap all the pillars also. i might just get about 15 yards and see where that takes me.

yeah thats exactly how i did it. However, there was too much material to really "fold over" and it did not fit right so I cut some off. Also I sewed the white and black together..which was another challenge in its own. But, thanks for the compliment
