Default HVAC Reverse LCD

Does anyone know what I can do about this...I was cleaning the LCD with goo gone prior to placing on my new film but the goo gone spread underneath the LCD and began taking away the white on the back...Is this just regular white acrylic paint? What can I do? Clean the rest of the paint off and repaint the back white?

you're going to need to remove the white paper diffuser and dry it and then reapply it neatly.

Yup, thats it. It just has a small line of adhesive around the edge. The goo gone just got behind it. Take it off, dry it and put it back. If for some reason you wiped off all the adhesive around the edge, then you can just apply a very thin piece of tape around the edge.

I should note, you should be careful not to rip/crease the paper. You wont be able to find any paper that diffuses the light that evenly.
