Default I NEED URGENT HELP!!!

im looking for allllll suggestions, i was messing with the dealership led strips that i got from the dealership, i didn't like where they were under my seat, so i simply just took them out. i was messing around, put in somewires, and powerd them. silly me while the car was on, i was moving around the bar cuz i wanted to see if i could put it in my air vent or something. While i was doing that, a positive and negative wire just so happend to touch, my car then shut off. after that i tried turning my car on, my dome lights, headlights, and gauges work, and my clock was on to. but i can't power ne thing else. i can't even start my car. i checked all the fuses, and they are all good. i need help PLZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ

correct. make sure you look at both. one is in the engine bay to the right of the battery, and the other is below the mostly blank switch panel to the left of the steering column. good luck!

Yeah, it's definitely a fuse, check them all several times, you'll find it.
