i got this idea from soundmancaraudio.com(so i have ownship i guess) but i did this as a D.I.Y.

i started to days ago and this what i got...i still have lots to do on it. like smoothing it out evenly. main while i an EQ thats connected to my ipad as the main source and along with my 10' sub and woofers.

I like where you are going with that. Good idea on quick removal too. Btw where is the deck controls now?

 

All my song and etc are my iPad. There is a 90 degree dock that when when the iPad slides in the plugs into it. From there a card with 30 pin cord that come with power to charge is plugged to the car and the eq u see. I play a song on the iPad and it plays thru out the car..I'll make vid if u want. And try to fix the picx too . Thanks for the comment.

 

This is awesome I really like the idea. I would like to see a video on how it works, I saw the idea on YouTube and thought about the tC but never got a chance to look in to it. I would want to do this if you decide to start doing this on the side down the road.

thats pretty dope!! been wanting to throw a tablet in mines for a minute and have been looking up other installs on other cars makes. But i'd definitely like to see that video if u end up making one. but got a question how much was your a/c effected with the install?

 

i didnt lose that much becuz i positioned it a way that i will blow on the driver and thru out the car.

Saw Parker Brothers Concept do this a few months back and thought it'd be awesome, but didn't have the money for an iPad. Props on the work though. Looks banging.
