Default Keyless entry not working

I bought a tC with broken key less remote and when you try to press the lock/unlock switch it doesn't work neither, causing the trunk to not unlock.

Do I just need to get my wireless remotes(stock) programmed or is something broken? I check all fuses

u have to unlock it twice to unlock the trunk.

AKA "unlock both doors" to unlock the trunk

or open 1 door and push the unlock button

brand new or used? those keyless keys/remotes cost ~150 bucks and that's not including programming fees. so hopefully its just the battery in the remote housing

if the keyless remote works and you checked all your fuses, and inside your car the power locks arent working, you should go to the dealer....

might as well get a better alarm rather than wasting the money on the keyless entry reprogramming crap.
