OFFICIAL DIY/HOW TO: push button w/ diagram
I think im gonna try this with the XKO5 module so you dont need the key at all. Then take out or disable the cylinder for the steering wheel lock. Good write up bro, but did you use speaker wire?
if you wanted it to be keyless (if possible)
maybe you could try and hide the start button?
like under your seat or something, lol!
they come in with no key hole and there just like WTF
that's pretty cool, for show though

Awesome post. I plan on doing this soon. I have a question though. I have a 5spd. Don`t know if that will make a difference. But I DON`T want to be able to start the car with the key at all. When I turn the key to "start" i want it to do nothing. I plan on hiding the push button as kind of a "safety feature." Is there a wire I can disconnect to do this or what? Sorry if its a stupid question or if it has already been answered.
sorry to everyone who i haven't answered back yet but my inbox is overwhelmed with messages lol.
As for the relays im not sure if you would be able to use other kinds.
You also have to tap both starter wires as shown in the diagram with two relays.
any other questions im back on it so just hit me up.
