My girlfriend had ordered me a booberry **** in the beginning if october. Within a day she had received an email from "chad" stating that for custom engraving, she had to send another $10 via paypal, no big deal although that option should be on the site. Than 4 weeks went by without hearing a word, sent emails and called numerous times and got no response. Than last saturday she finally gets another email saying it was returned to them as an opened package and to wait till the new ones come out of coating and it should be to my house in 3-5 days. Now another week and a half has passed and still nothing. Flossy has some quality products but if they keep this bull____ up, no one is going to want to deal with them. Any one else have any problems with these guys lately?

Yeah I had to wait 4 or 5 weeks for mine, but it was worth it.
