PT546-00081 Radio connection..
 

Just got this radio and put it in. I notice the back (other than the RCA connections) there is one extra connection on the back my radio did not have but the car itself is pre-wired for and has a connector in the dash.
I connected it but have searched and have not been able to find what it does. Anyone know? It is the connector to the left of the RCAs.

Yup, looks like that is what it is. Went to the pick n pull and got the jack that goes in the center console. Now my hope is that since I am pre-wired behind the radio that will also be pre-wired in the center console. Will see

Ever get it working?

The connections in the center console by the parking brake are different and set up just for the Aux jack. May try to follow the cable from behind the radio and maybe there is an intermediate harness I can swap out. May look on a junk yard car first.
