Scion tC Charging Alternator/Battery issues

My tC been running find since a year ago but now i'm have charging issues my car wont charge my battery to full power. I have had the alternator check by Auto Zone and its still good. My battery was also check and it was good to, but when i check the voltage from the alternator it reads 12.8 volts when the car is running and even when I rev it up it still reads 12.8 also when it driven for awhile my interior start to flicker so i would think its alternator but my alternator check out find. I also check the three major fuses in the engine bay that would have issues with the volt meter and they check out find to, but my battery still isn't charging properly from my alternator. If some one can help with this please reply. I'm just sad to park my car in the garage and unable drive it. If anyone have the charging diagram for the tC please post it up for me.

Thanks So much Dang Nguyen

that's what my voltmeter reads all the time too. when the car is first started it reads like 13.1-13.3 or so but sometimes it reads just 12.8-12.9. weird. i hope my alternator is still good. my battery still charges fine.

it's usually 13 to 14 volts when the charging system is normal. It would help a lot some one have the electrical diagram of the charging system? So i can do some test. ( NVM I found it with the search button) but if anyone have any ideals why my alternator isn't charging my battery even though both are in proper working order please leave some input
