Sq10 box size question. man this is going to suck.
Whats the correct size for a sealed box to house 2 sq10's?
my first impression was to double the maximum size since i was using two. boy am i an idiot. im going to have to redo everything. No need to flame me, my wallet is on fire already, any help is appreciated. |
you want to share airspace between two subs? then yea.. you double the space for one.
however this is a terrible idea as if one of the subs blow or the amp driving it stops working, the other sub will be in a box way too big for it and you start to get into power handling issues and can easily blow that sub as well... just put each sub in it's own reccomended airspace, it's not that hard to add a divider to a box lol |
