2005 Scion tC Repair Manual
Is there a repair manual i can buy like in a store??
I've been to Autozone and Autobarn and found nothing. Any help will be appreciated. ______ |
The one here is the only one I have seen so far. It doesnt include a full wiring diagram though :tap:

lol yeah i noticed

Yah know. a manual would definitly help out. I was thinking about just buying a Camry manual for a general 2az diagram to go off of. Sheesh they should really come out with one.
|
They will I am sure. The third party vendors will get one made up soon hopefully.

Rest assured Haynes and the other major company are probably already in the process of disassembling a tC... Takes time to get that stuff in detail!

are factory service manuals available?
|
Here is a link to factory manuals for a tC. I'm sure if you nav around you can find xB and xA. I got the link from a co-worker, he says that it basically shows you how to take your entire car apart, piece by piece, don't know about the wiring though, I doubt it.
http://smg.toyotapartsandservice.com...20TC&year=2005 He told me to get the 2nd Volume for DYI installs. I'm getting mine this week. |

Correct, you can purchase the physical service books from http://smg.toyotapartsandservice.com...20TC&year=2005 Or if you prefer, you can go here http://techinfo.toyota.com/ costs you $10 for a day and you can download it in electronic format and then print it out if you want. you not only get the repair manual, but you can get the electrical diagrams, TSB's, etc for the $10. Only annoying thing is that you need to open and download each individual pdf. takes time, but it's cheaper than buying the service books! __________________ |
I was just about to post a topic/thread just like this! I too am curious why a manual isn't out yet. Does it really take over a year to take apart a car and print a book about it? They should just hire Mandos to do it!

I’m here in 2022 to tell you they never made a tC manual and they won’t because it’s a discontinued car.

I was only posting on it because I can’t find the manual no where because I’m trying to rebuild my car. That’s it
