People always look and stare. Im constantly getting compliments. I love this car like a family member. I have had many nice cars and this is my all time favorite. Also not to be rude but civics are dime a dozen. Nothing special. Just a plain and simple cookie cutter. Go for the tC

If you want better fuel economy, go with the civic. If you want much, much more than that, get a tC.

i love it. you'll see people complain about problems on here, but they really are minor, and not everyone has them. i think that because the car has so few problems, the ones that do come up get blown out of proportion because they're the ONLY problems. read the forum though and decide for yourself. imo you simply cannot beat the tc for value.

I love mine, which is why I'm so sad I have to sell it. Sucks, but atleast it gives someone else the chance to save thousands on a badass car.

Civics are great cars but like ive said before the tC is more like a lexus with a corolla price tag !

I literally have been stopped close to 20 times at gas stations and red lights so people can find out what it is!

also i have had a couple people even ask "What kind of lexus is that?"

obviously thats no reason to buy the car but i have never had any problems with mine i have about 4200 miles on it and if i had to do it all over again i wouldnt think twice about buying any other car.

the motor is excellent brought from the toyota camry, its vvti is similar to hondas v-tec and the gearing is more aggresive

i would recommend the TRD springs though because I.M.O the stock springs were too soft and of course the lower the better!

Don't know how far you are from Burlington. But I got mine at Liberty Toyota on Rt 130. Deal with Alisha, shes cute, young, and nice. Plus it helps that she's the daughter of the owner. I was lucky that I didn't have to wait for mine at all. I dealt with two other sales people. One guy has a heavy Bosnian accent, but hes very nice. (he just wasn't working the day I wanted to purchase) The other was a *****.(can't remember his name) He tried to talk me into purchasing the tC that just got there that day. Said if I waited to try and find my own financing I would lose the car and not find another anytime soon. But I didn't budge...he was ____ed that he couldn't talk a 22 yr old into a raw deal....no way was I about to finance w/ 7.0% APR if i didn't have to. Went back 2 days later with a loan for 4.5% and purchased that same car. He hasn't spoken to me since.

It's a great car! go for it.

Loved the car so much that I went and bought one right away, and now the payments/insurance are just too much. Need to get some money for unexpected bills.

As for your question about dealers in NJ- don't go to Shore Toyota in MAys Landing. I bought my TC there. See my post for details. My cousin- who fell in love with my car- went out and bought her TC at Runnemede. She said the dealer was great. No problems. I highly suggest Cherry Hill Scion- those guys are fantastic. I took a friend over there to look at the XA. They appreciate and welcome your business. Can't say that about all dealerships.
