Default Help! CEL secondary o2 sensor have tried everything!

I have an 06 scion tc. I have the injen cai, alpawerks header, and zpi racing s-pipe. I keep getting a cel for the secondary o2 sensor b/c of the header not having the cat. I have tried the antifouler trick no luck. I have tried the zpi racing o2 sim no luck. I have tried a universal o2 sim from o2sim.com no luck. The sims just keep throwing a cel code p0137 low voltage. Anyone have suggestions or have this problem. I soldered the wires. I used an ohm meter to make sure I have a good ground which thr resistance is .1 it can't get better than that. I am open to suggestions. Can anybody data log thier stock 06 tc oxygen sensor bank 1 sensor 2. Thanks for any suggestions or help.

p0137... what does that have anything to do with ur o2 sensor?

did you try reseting your ECU yet?

P0137 has nothing to do with missing cat. But it does have something to do with your mods.

P0137 Oxygen Sensor Circuit Low Voltage
(Bank 1 Sensor 2)

- Open in HO2 sensor (sensor 2) circuit
- HO2 sensor (sensor 2)
- HO2 sensor heater (sensor 2)
- EFI relay
- Gas leakage from exhaust system

Most probable cause is that the senosor got damaged during re-install.

I'm back to stock sensor. I have went 70 mile so far and no code but from what I am told it will be back at 200 have to wait and see to find the new code. I got my cel back on again after 167 miles with just the sensor. I am trying the antifouler again hopefully it may work. Anyone else with ideas? Or can any one data log thier sensor infor for me. I have a adapter to hook my laptop up to my car to data loog with. I read the sensor date like this at 1,000 2,000, 3,000 4,000 5,000 intervales without the ac and then once again with the ac if anyone could do this I would grately appreciate this and it will help come out with a fix that may work for people that have tried other firxes and didn't work. Thanks agian.

zoltiz is probably correct. O2 sensors are actually pretty fragile. You can't drop it, knock it with a wrench, or the like without making it useless.
I'm with "skippy"...put everything back to stock to see if the light returns. If it does, get the dealer to fix it. It IS still under warranty. Hopefully, the O2 sensor does not "look" like you've been playing with it.

let me state what is going on again. I use a o2 sim no matter which one I get a low voltage code p0137. I use the sensor by itself good for 160-200 miles and get a catalyst below threshold code don't remember the number. I try the anti fouler mod and and get a p0136 code b/c the exhaust gases aren't enough going to the sensor. My setup obiously doesn't have tons of back pressure to push the gases through the anti foulers. So I have to keep going up in drill size to get the o2 sensor to read what it should. This is how I am doing it. 1 anti fouler is drilled to 1/2" the sensor screws in to this one. The other one I am having to experiment with. The anti fouler that sits directly in the s-pipe doesn't have a big enough opening without drilling it. I determined this by using my laptop software and data logging with my ecu. The sensor would stay on one voltage which would cause the code p0136 b/c the sensor value wasn't changing the ecu thought it was a bad sensor. After drilling the hole bigger it started responding I just haven't figured out the specs it should fall within. I have to keep tring until I find out what the computer wants the sensor to look like. The sensor has min and max specs it must fall within and if it doesn't it will throw a cel ex p0136 which I am getting.
