Best price for Brembo BBK?
Hey, so the tc's stock brakes are rubbish and I'm going to drop some money on the Brembo Gran Turismo BBK soon.....the best price I can find is right at $2000 on the Descendant/World Racing site.....anybody found it cheaper anywhere else?

Well because.....it's not the same thing. Not all brake kits are created equal. The Wilwood kit is definitely a nice set-up and would be great for street, but it isn't the best you can get. For the ultimate auto-x set up, I want the Brembo kit. It's got 2 piece rotors for better heat dissapation, as well as a floating hat/rotor assembly that reduces unsprung and rotating weight. In the industry, Brembo is second to none, which is why several Super-car manufacturers use them as their OEM equipment. Example: Nissan GT-R, Lamborghini's, Subaru Sti's, Cadillac CTS-V, Dodge Vipers, Ferrari's, etc....
Don't get me wrong, Willwood's are awesome, and I will probably end up getting their BBK for the rear brakes on the TC at some point, but they haven't gotten to a point where they outclass Brembo yet.
