kinda new to the field of sports cars. had a 81 civic wagon when i was 16, then i got into jeeps.

now i'm married, kids, etc, and the gas mileage on the jeep sucks (lift kit and 33" tires will do that ) and i've fallen in love with the tc. not sure how it'll feel to sit down rather than climb up.

anyway, i saw the 2008 tc, and like the head and tail lights. should i wait for the 2008 or get the 2007 and just mod it?

2007, as I think the 08 is butt.

 

if you really like the 08 tails and head lights then wait since those will not be readily available for the public.

If you think you can like other styles of heads/tails then get the 07.

Btw yr in VA I see you should come hang out with us for coffe once you get the scion

If you'd be modding the '07 to look like the '08 as you indicated, then I'd say just wait for the '08. It won't be long now, should be available in June based on the previous years, so just wait the few months.

 

Curtain airbag is standard in the 08 plus the two new colors.

 

This might mean the 08 is heavier then.
