Street Fury's "pimped" out tC
I won't get to watch it but as far as I could tell, he is boosting the car and putting in a Memphis Car Audio system that is suppose to be rated at 2500 or 1500 watts, and a Xbox 360 during the short clips I have seen.
The car itself didnt seem all "bling-bling" as alot of people on this forum seem to think but it was unfinished and still on the jack stands during the preview. Who knows, maybe this one wont be as bad as everyone thinks. Cause honestly, the tC's that I have seen in the Scion ads have been fugly. Innovative but fugly. Lets face it, Big C may "ghetto" the car but it couldn't be any uglier than some of the cars I have seen on the forum. The owner may think the car is the most "pimpin" car on the road but wasn't Scion cars made to be individualized? So as Scion owners we really shouldn't talk smack about the car until we see the finished product.
And to automatically assume that the car is going to be "blinged" out is stereotypical. It would be like saying that every asian guy that drives a Toyota, Honda, etc. will put a wing that could pick up HBO on their car, an exhaust tip larger than a 5 gallon bucket, and neon lights in every nook and cranny.
The show comes on Sunday at 2 p.m. Eastern on G4TV if anyone wants to catch it and see what the outcome will be. That is my rant for the day so now I can sleep in peace.
BTW the reason I made that asian comment is because I am asian and that's what people always give me crap about my tC all the time!!
